YOGA AND ACTIVITY IN THE GREEN FACTORY

In what was once a furniture factory, we want to invite you to different yoga experiences. The factory is located at the bottom of the sea, and there are facilities for both movement and tranquillity from the sound of crashing waves.

This Saturday, we will offer several yoga sessions in different forms with a focus on both calm and exuberant energy. We invite you to join us in our floating sauna and prepare a delicious lunch. Here you will be able to take a fresh sea bath and enjoy the here and now. After lunch, we will spend time on spa yoga. This is an hour focused on letting go and feeling good. Light touch, essential oils and music are used as tools to help you land more easily and find peace. Previous participants have given feedback that this part was simply magical.

OVERNIGHT STAY

At the venerable Fjordslottet Hotel in Fotlandsvåg, just a 5-minute drive from Den Grøne Fabrikken, you will be accommodated for the weekend. You must arrange your own transportation to and from the hotel.

On Sundays after breakfast, there are plenty of opportunities to still enjoy a few hours on Osterøy. For example, you can either go for a walk, and I can highly recommend the fantastic Kossdalen.
