2. The purpose of our processing of personal data

In connection with customer relations, we need to collect information such as name, address, email, telephone number, organization number and other necessary information. We use this information exclusively to manage your customer relationship. We keep the information for as long as we have a customer relationship. You have the right to access, correct and delete data we have stored about you. After the end of the customer relationship, we will retain data for as long as we consider it appropriate to help you with any history if you should need it.

4. Customer register

In our customer register, we normally store your name, home address, email address and telephone number. We store information about the services and products you have purchased from us. This is information we need to be able to fulfill our agreement with you, manage your customer relationship, deliver and invoice products and services correctly. The information is stored in our customer system for as long as we need it. 6. Use of cookies on this website

Objective: Collect information about how visitors use the website. We use this information to create reports to improve the website. The cookies anonymize all information. They say something about the number of visitors to the website, where they come from and which pages they visit.

7. Information in connection with communication with us

We store information provided through your communication with us. This includes emails, sponsorship forms and complaint forms you send us. We store this information to provide you with the best possible service when you contact us by knowing the history of your customer relationship. 

8. Contact form/General inquiries

When you fill in the contact form on the website, we store this information in our CRM system. We will store this information in order to provide better customer service. 9. Sharing

It is possible to share articles on the website in social media (Facebook, Twitter). Further handling of data shared in social media is governed by your agreement with the relevant online community.

10. Access, correction and deletion of personal data

According to section 18 of the Personal Data Act, you as a private individual are entitled to access the information registered about you. Access can be obtained by contacting Fjordslottet Hotell AS by e-mail: fjordslottet@fjordslottet.no. If registered information is incorrect, incomplete or you wish to delete your information, you can demand this in accordance with section 27 of the Personal Data Act.  

11. Responsible data processor

The general manager of Fjordslottet Hotell is responsible for the processing of personal data. He or she is responsible for ensuring that internal controls are implemented with regard to the processing of personal data, and that any deviations from applicable legislation are reported and corrected. We strive to comply with applicable privacy regulations at all times.
